 KASSON
1918 SCHOOL NAMED TO THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES
Kasson, Minnesota, Dec.
17, 2007: The City of Kasson's 1918-era school has been listed on
the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park
Service. Kasson's elementary and high school students began using
the stately building on
December 5, 1918.
The school's nomination was
recently approved on December 6th almost exactly 89 years to the
day after that proud moment in 1918. Read the press release

the preservation of historic resources in Kasson. Donations can be
